Partner Terms & Conditions

These Partner Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the PromoShot Partner Program.

For the purpose of this Agreement, “we”, “us”, “our” shall mean PROMOSHOT, having its registered/operational office at Post Pethia, Pethia 224149, Udaipur BO, Uttar Pradesh – 224149, India.

“Partner”, “you”, “your” refers to any individual or entity approved to promote PromoShot or its associated products through referral links.

Partner Eligibility

To participate in the Partner Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

PromoShot reserves the right to approve or reject any partner application at its sole discretion.

Referral & Commission

Partners earn commission only on successful, verified purchases made through their unique referral links.

• Commission rates are shown inside the partner dashboard
• Commission is credited only after successful payment
• PromoShot may change commission rates at any time

Self-referrals, fake accounts, or any attempt to manipulate the referral system will result in immediate termination.

Payouts & Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount as displayed in the dashboard
• Only one withdrawal request can be active at a time
• Payouts are processed via UPI or Bank Transfer
• Processing time may take 1–3 business days

PromoShot is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payout details submitted by the partner.

Prohibited Activities

Partners must NOT:

• Use spam, misleading ads, or false claims
• Impersonate PromoShot or its employees
• Run paid ads using PromoShot brand keywords without permission
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

Account Suspension & Termination

PromoShot reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partner account without prior notice if:

• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Terms of this Agreement are violated
• Legal or compliance issues arise

In such cases, unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

PromoShot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Partner Program.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

By continuing as a PromoShot Partner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
